Overview:
The Site Controller will be responsible for directing and managing all finance and accounting activity for the Jefferson Street site. Activities will include: financial forecasting, performance measurement, estimating and proposal support, property management, controlling to budgets, month and year-end closing, inventory control and generating the appropriate reports to support this activity. Provides management with financial analysis for timely and effective decision making.

Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include insuring accurate cost reporting, reporting timely financial information to the leadership team and advising on implications of business issues and strategic decisions.
- Ensure the integrity of all relevant financial information.
- Prepare budgets, financial reviews, cost analysis and variance explanations for direct and indirect cost elements.
- Support audit activity and establish and implement all internal accounting procedures and controls.
- Supervise all finance and accounting functions including cost accounting, timekeeping, inventory control, labor estimating and financial anaylsis for the site.
- Lead in the development of site AOP targets and strategic plans for the future of the site.
- Prepare staffing and resource plans by functional department and integrated product teams.
- Support the development of labor and overhead rates for the site and division.
- Provide estimating support for engineering changes.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will typically have a bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA preferred) and ten years or related experience.
