GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Assist the Clinical Director, Medical/Quality Assurance Director, and Outpatient Treatment Services staff in daily procedures.
Supervises the Outpatient Treatment Services office assistant positions and maintains coverage of the front desk during agency hours of operation. Serves as the Client Accounts Manager for the OTS programs. Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and third party billing systems. Collect and compiles data for monthly and annual statistical reports for the OTS programs.
Maintains the inventory, ordering, purchasing of all supplies needed to operate the Outpatient Treatment programs.
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION GUIDELINES:
Previous Office Management experience required, preferrably in a medical office/medical billing setting
General knowledge of office practice and procedures.
Excellent communication skills required.
Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of skills (general accounting, data entry, etc.) used in general office work.
Previous expereince using MS Office Suite,
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Willingness to work with clients who have special needs and interact with them professionally.
