The $50 service is drop off only, on site service is billed hourly.

The $50 Dropoff Service includes:
Full Windows 2000/XP/Vista diagnostic and repair.
Virus / Spyware removal.
Performance Tune-up.
Hard Drive clean up.
Free Antivirus software and Firefox web browser.
Install the latest security updates from Microsoft.
Clean the interior of your computer, if needed.
What would not be eligible for the $50 Repair:
Computer will not power on.
Faulty Hardware. (CD/DVD, Floppy, loud fan, Etc.)
Any part of computer that needs to be replaced.
OS re-installation without original media.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, a second attempt will be made or your payment will be refunded and the computer will be returned to it's previous state.
