Description
TUG is a 3 yr old gray male Weimaraner.  He earned his name because when we picked him up at a shelter, he pulled and 'tugged' and went between a volunteer's legs & she ended up on the ground in the parking lot!  Since then, we have been working with him on walking nicely on the leash. He is definity showing improvement as he is very eager to please.  Tug is a sweet boy, on the smaller side, and ready to find his forever home!  He is crate trained and rides nicely in the car - overall a very nice young Weim who seems to get along with all other dogs. If you can give TUG a foster or adoptive home, mention him by name when you contact Weimaraner Rescue of North Texas.Our rescue Weimaraners are current on all vaccinations and heartworm preventative. They are spayed or neutered, and micro-chipped or tattooed and registered with Tattoo-A-Pet. The adoption donation is $250.00 for adult Weimaraners, $300.00 for puppies, and $150.00 for seniors, special needs dogs and Weimaraner-mix dogs.
