Liberty is about five years old and weighs 50#. She is very loving, house broken, not destructive and would make someone a wonderful pet. Libby wants to please her humans and thinks she's a lap dog. Liberty had a very rough start in life and wants to be treated like a queen for the rest of it. She gets along with dogs and cats but does need to be introduced very carefully and needs an adjustment period to get used to other animals. In June, 2006, Libby was treated for heartworms and does have a heart murmur. If you are interested in this beautiful girl, please contact Mary Lynn at marylynnr@sbcglobal.net. To be considered, you must be able to provide an excellent vet reference and have a backyard with a six foot fence. Only great homes need apply because Libby's foster mom is going to be very picky! Adoption fee is $175.
