My name is Toby and I am a Cocker Spaniel mix. I am very smart and love to be the center of attention. I even know how to use a doggy door. I love to play and get along with other dogs and cats. I cannot go to a home with children because, sometimes I get snappy and may nip over my favorite toys like pig ears. I need a special home who understands my personality and doesnt hold it against me. I am five years old and have tons of love to give. I am 28 pounds but, I believe I am a lap dog!
