We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from CCHS, you have to complete an online application at http://www.collincountyhumanesociety.org/Forms.htm and we will contact you asap about the status of your application.Late one night 5 puppies were dumped on a country road. The people who found them contacted several rescue groups in a frenzy to find a place to take them. They were able to get a hold of a CCHS volunteer who quickly picked them up and got them to safety.They are now in foster care awaiting a forever home. They are estimated to be around 5-6 months old. They will weigh 45 lbs when full grown. They are all sweet natured and great w/ kids, cats and dogs. They are working on their housetraining/crate training doing great! They have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.
