Why does it work?
The program is based exclusively on the customer's income and their checking account longevity and
performance. As long as the person has a job where they can reasonably pay for the purchase within a 90 day
period they will probably be approved. There is no reference to the customer's credit score. The income
requirement is such that as long as the purchase is no more than half the monthly income the sale is guaranteed
provided the return rate is 10% or less and the procedure is followed correctly.
How does it work?

This works the same as terminal based except the merchant will do the data entry of the check information on
our web site. He will hold the original checks and the customer will sign the agreement the
merchant will print from our web site.
Which merchants want this?
Any store where the average ticket amount may be beyond the customer's ability to pay in total at the time of
sale. Examples would be furniture stores, auto repair, dental, medical, cosmetic surgery, mortuary, and any
other where the sale amount exceeds what the customer has available to spend at that moment.
What is in it for you?
Internet based does not use equipment. As long as the store has an internet connection they can use the service.

DETAILS
Merchant Requirements:
1. Merchant's customer must provide proof of income in order to guarantee a sale.
a. The monthly income must be at least double the purchase price.
b. A spouse's income can be included.
c. The proof of income can be in the form of a recent pay stub no older than 30 days from sale date or bank
statement showing direct deposits from an employer no older than 30 days from sale date.
2. The customer must sign the customer agreement. This can be downloaded from our web site
3. The customer must sign the terminal receipt and check.
4. The customer must have actually received what they paid for.
5. Merchant must respond to document requests on returned items within 3 days of the request.
a. The request will be for a copy of the form, proof of income, and terminal receipt.
b. A copy of the check may be asked for.
6. The overall return rate should be under 10%. National average check return rate is less than 1%
according to the Federal Reserve. If a store exceeds 10% their claims may not be guaranteed.
