My search for the perfect dining room table and chairs lasted 15 years. The moment I saw this Ashley Dining Room Set, my search was over. While I was looking forward to serving my second Thanksgiving dinner on the table, my husband's recent layoff forces me to part with some items that I never dreamed I would sell, and this dining room set is at the top of that list! I'd like to find a home for it where it will be appreciated as much as it is here! The table comfortably seats 6 people.

A note on what appears to be two different finishes in the photographs. The first photo is closer to the actual finish than the second one which features the table's pedestal. The difference apparently caused by a close-up shot with a flash setting.

The table top is 54" in diameter and 32" High

The chairs are extremely comfortable and have a wider than normal seat. They are 35" tall, and the seat measures 21"W and 19" Deep

DIRECTIONS TO MY HOME: My address is 2036 Rushing Creek Drive, Heartland, TX 75126. Heartland is located just south of I-20. You will see the Heartland welcome center as you either exit southbound off I-20, or (if you're coming from the east) and make a left turn under the bridge. Travel south on FM 741 approximately 2 miles to Heartland Parkway, which will be on your left. You will know that you're on the right street if you see the lake to your right and model homes on your left. (We are located directly behind the DR Horton showroom). Make a left onto Silver Lake, and another left onto Rushing Creek Drive. We are the 5th house from the corner.
