Looking to hire 3 account managers. Will be outside, will be selling window cleaning services. Very easy to sell.

Compensation: 15% PAR (Projected Annual Revenue)
10% residual on all accounts.

Example:

Sell a $20 per cleaning, client goes twice a month, thats $40 a month, $480 a yr. Sales person makes $72 on that one job. Very easy to get 4-6 of these per day. Could equal to $288 a day, $1,440 a week, $5,760 a month.
