I have 4 DVD’s that I purchased and gotten about as much out of them as possible so it’s time to let someone else gain something from them. They are great for Personal Trainers to use with clients or for anyone working out and wanting some good solid information.

All four DVD’s are in like new condition. I take good care of my equipment, even my DVD’s.
