We are looking for a Change Control Analyst for a long term contract to hire position in Ft. Worth Texas. You must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen as well as be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

· Weekly On-Call Rotating in a 24/7 environment.
· Analyze and prioritize Change Requests verifying required procedures have been followed prior to the deployment of updates to Development, QA/UAT, and Production environments.
· Perform risk assessment related to changes.
· Enforce standards and methods for quality.
· Support test environments working.

Ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all Changes. Minimize the impact of Change-related Incidents upon service quality, and consequently to improve the day-to-day operations of the organization. Ensure that all changes are controlled, including the submission, analysis, decision making, approval, implementation and post implementation of the change.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and prioritize CRC's verifying required procedures have been followed prior to the deployment of updates to Development, QA/UAT, and Production environments.
· Perform risk assessment related to changes.
· Enforce standards and methods for quality
· Support test environments working with developers, BA's and QA to ensure system setups.
· Analyze and escalate issues of off-schedule deployments for proper approval and documentation.
· Conduct weekly CAB meetings.
· As directed, perform and or coordinate approved production deployments ensuring all procedures have been followed.
· Following production deployments provide feedback to the change manager of success/failure/issues of changes.
· Identify any problems as they arise. Work with developers and BA's for solutions.
· Report status of all changes and send notification of defined group on all issues.
· Verify post implementation tasks are complete prior to the request being closed.
· Troubleshoot, help resolve deployment related issues in production

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· 3 to 4 years experience in Application Support and/or Quality Control area.
· Detailed oriented and able to follow instructions as directed
· Ability to adhere to procedures and direct others to do the same.
· General knowledge of Network file systems, Network security, and application support
· Knowledge of Source and Version Control (such as Perforce and/or Visual SourceSafe)
· Experience with parallel development - branching and merging
· Experience with performing implementations (physically deploying code updates to QA/UAT and Production environments)
· Nice to have: Experience with Building and deploying code using automated tools.
