Job Detail:
The Software Developer is responsible for providing expert technical design, coding, testing, implementation, advice, and support of custom software applications of the most critical and complex nature. This may include expert problem resolution, systems integrations, basic architectural guidance, and mentoring of other team members. This position will be working as a developer on the team which also includes other developers, tech lead, project manager, etc.

The position requires excellent knowledge of SDLC principles and excellent communications skills. The skills, experience, and knowledge required to be considered for this position include:
• 5 years of experience in a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or similar role
• 6 years of experience developing applications using .NET framework 1.1 and 2.0 (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, and ADO.NET)
• 4 years of documented experience as a team lead (or similar) mentoring junior programmers in ASP.NET application development
• 6 years of demonstrated experience with web application development using .NET, JavaScript, and XML, XSL to create interactive web forms
• 3 years of software development with experience with MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005
• 2 years of experience working with web services (SOAP/XML, REST, etc.)
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• 2 years of experience with API development, MQ Series, and at least one programming language
• 2 years of experience developing reports using SQL reporting services
• 2 years of demonstrated experience with Java Script
• 2 years of demonstrated experience with HTML
• Familiarity with Delphi and ColdFusion
• Demonstrated knowledge of object oriented design /programming, Design Patterns, concurrency and multi-threading and SDLC
• Experience with Client/Server including service reliability, scalability, performance and monitoring
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English
