Jeffrey’s Zone is a multi-venture company that will be focusing on forming “Jeffrey’s Zone LLC” as an Entertainment, Production & Technical Company thus creating a social scene in Dallas, TX through a family oriented non-alcoholic entertainment complex, including a Special Events Center.
Jeffrey’s Zone has designed a plan to bring people from the Dallas-Fort Worth and all surrounding areas with a diverse assortment of venues for all age groups to Dallas.


Jeffrey’s Zone will be primarily targeting Dallas-Fort Worth’s demographic area with a multi-purpose entertainment facility. An in-house production company will book live music, comedy, performing arts, dance club theme nights, as well as other special events that will be geared towards the public use of the facility. The daytime hours will be aimed at scheduling business people, families, corporate events, churches, private functions and other large civic groups by providing “a place of social gathering” with a variety of food & entertainment. At night Jeffrey’s Zone will be formatted as a Non-Alcoholic Live Entertainment Facility.

Jeffrey’s Zone will be available for small-to-mid-size conventions and non-profit civic organizations. With a maximum 4654 person capacity, the 127,000 sq. ft. facility will have enough available floor space for private parties, weddings, receptions, clubs, school functions, corporate meetings, medical & legal seminars, proms, live concerts and be a music venue for nationally known recording artists, regional bands and local performing musicians and groups.
With the Odyssey Room as large as an NFL football field (360 x 160),57,600 sq.ft. would be dedicated to a stage & dance floor with 2880 chairs & 480 tables. In addition, 27,000sq.ft. with a 1350 patron capacity including 288 games, 288 computers, 150 tables & 1128 seats would be devoted to a Internet Café n Food Court, The Gaming Center, Arcade, Billiards Room, Security One, Sound Stage ll, Kid Korner, n The Lounge and 42,400 sq.ft. of warehouse, offices, Music n Lyrics Studios, Recording Studio, Musical n Equipment Rentals, Sound Stage’s, load-in, IT shop, garage, receiving, & Dallas Concert Sound & Lighting for the Jeffrey’s Zone Entertainment Company.
The mission and vision of Jeffrey’s Zone is to create an ultimate experience in a non-alcoholic family entertainment venue, while creating a diverse atmosphere where you can indulge yourself as an individual, family, couple, celebrity, friend or local.
