As a Recruiter with MPR, you will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, qualifying and eventual placement of physicians in various clinical environments throughout the country. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Recruit through various sources, including internet, referrals, and direct mail.
* Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates
* Consult with clients to provide the appropriate staffing solutions
* Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues
* Communicate effectively with employees, clients and internal office staff
* Assist Sales Manager in prospecting new business
* Assist in all operations and marketing efforts
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
* Ability to function as a member of a team
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* High degree of judgment and independent decision making with regards to candidate qualifications
* High degree of initiative, creativity and willingness to accept responsibility
* Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Ability to interact professionally with physicians and healthcare executives
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and obtain personal achievement goals
* Ability to close sales while upholding ethical standards
* BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
* Past recruiting experience in a professional setting preferred
